During the initiation of a request for services, OIA and FIA have a parallel task. This reflects a change in business as OIA and FIA have now a common responsibility for the quality of the RfS

The OIA has to approve before the FIA but once the OIA has approved the RfS, the documents cannot anymore be changed by the FIA. If the FIA wants a change after the approval of the OIA, he has to click the button "RELAUNCH". In the RfS procedure there is a tab for internatl communication, which allows OIA and FIA to share suggestions for improvement before approval. It has not been tested whether a link (to a drive or to a sharepoint site) that is copied in this tab would work.
