Join us on September 24 to explore how women, girls and marginalized groups can be included in urban planning and construction processes in the Global South. The event is part of a Peer Learning series conducted by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in cooperation with Cities Alliance, ICLEI, UN-Habitat, Slum Dwellers International, the Centre for Affordable Housing Finance Africa, the African Union for Housing Finance and the City Diplomacy Lab. Throughout 2024, the 5-part series will focus on practical approaches to sustainable urba nplanning, construction, and financing from the subnational level.
