Factsheets illustrate progress made to develop and implement National Action Plans on SCP
A series of factsheets illustrate progress made to develop and implement National Action Plans on Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP). Country cases from Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Morocco, Palestine and Tunisia summarize policy objectives, programmes and priority areas to accelerate the shift to SCP. The EU-funded SwitchMed programme assists the eight countries in the southern Mediterranean and supports national and regional stakeholders in achieving productive, circular, and sharing economies in the Mediterranean. Under SwitchMed, UNEP supports the implementation and monitoring of SCP-NAP activities at the national level.
More information on the switch to SCP in the Mediterranean is provided under https://switchmed.eu/country-hubs/
