Dear Colleagues,
Thank you for the recent podcast episode on roles and responsibilities, common challenges, and practical tips for improving results reporting.
We are currently in the process of conducting full proposal evaluation for our new call (Grant), and I believe this is an ideal time for us, as the evaluation focal point and OMs, to clarify some unclear areas.
Key Question:
Is it advisable to agree with successful tenderers (who are selected for contracting) when sending the awarding letter to revise the accepted Logical Framework by replacing existing indicators with EU corporate indicators where appropriate? Ofcourse, this would be done without challenging the original decision of the action, ideally within the first 6 months after contract signature (the sooner the better).
Additional Request:
Is there any official communication for the delegations with clear instructions on this matter? Such guidance would make the process easier for both Operations Managers and/or Evaluation focal points as well as implementing partners.
Thank you in advance for your feedback.
Best regards,
