The Learning Network on Capacity Development (LenCD) is a network of CD analysts and practitioners. LenCD contains a lot of interesting CD information including a  â€˜resource corner’ for specific focus areas for CD (e.g.Technical Cooperation, Enabling environment for CD or fragile states) with good practice and case material, websites, research and policy papers, discussion platforms etc. LenCD has partnered with the OECD/DAC in the preparations for Paris and Accra and provides good insights also to the post Accra agenda.

This is a web magazine-cum-portal intended for practitioners and policy makers who work in or on capacity development in international cooperation in the South.  The site is accompanied by a quarterly printed journal focussing on different specific CD themes through research, policy reports and practice experiences.

This is a global action and learning network aiming at strengthening the capacity of organisations. The site includes amongst others information and work on south-south capacity development and cooperation.
