The Learning Network on Capacity Development (LenCD) is a network of CD analysts and practitioners. LenCD contains a lot of interesting CD information including a  ‘resource corner’ for specific focus areas for CD (e.g.Technical Cooperation, Enabling environment for CD or fragile states) with good practice and case material, websites, research and policy papers, discussion platforms etc. LenCD has partnered with the OECD/DAC in the preparations for Paris and Accra and provides good insights also to the post Accra agenda.
