Capacity4dev uses the European Commission’s EU Login authentication service. This means you will need to have an EU Login account or create one to join Capacity4dev.
I don't have an EU Login account
To join Capacity4dev, you first need to create an EU Login account. EU Login is the European Commission’s authentication service used to access multiple EU platforms.
We recommend using your professional email address.
1. Create your EU Login account
- Click "Create an EU Login account" below and fill in your personal details.
- Confirm your email address via the email message sent by EU Login.
- Set your EU Login password.
- Configure multi-factor authentication (MFA) (e.g. EU Login mobile app or another method of your choice) in your EU Login account settings. Get step-by-step guidance.
2. Create your Capacity4dev account
Once your EU Login account and MFA are fully configured, you will be redirected to Capacity4dev to complete your profile and finalize your registration.
3. Enjoy the community!
Once registered, you can join groups, engage in discussions, and access member-exclusive content.

You can log in using your existing EU Login credentials.
1. Log in into your EU Login account
Click "Log in using my EU Login" below.
If multi-factor authentication (MFA) is not yet activated on your EU Login account, you will need to configure in your account settings before creating your Capacity4dev account. Get step-by-step guidance.
2. Create your Capacity4dev account
Once logged into EU Login, you will be redirected to Capacity4dev to complete your profile and finalize your registration.
3. Enjoy the community!
Once registered, you can join groups, engage in discussions, and access member-exclusive content.
