Dear all,
We would like to clarify some administrative issues.
The new Head of Unit of G2 - Regional Programmes Latin America and Caribbean is Mr. Jean-Paul JOULIA.
The adress for official communication is:

We posted in the Library the necessary templates for Budget Modifications and Use of Contingency, please use them and disregard previous templates.
We keep receiving documents with the old logo. PLEASE USE THE UPDATED LOGO POSTED BY MATIAS IN THE LIBRARY OF THIS SITE.

Just to have a clear picture...do we need to send copies of the financial reports to this new address? Is this address amending the previous official address specified in the Grant Contract Special Conditions art 5.1?

Dear Michela,
Yes, this adress amends the previous one, but you'll see that the only thing that changes is the office number. This is for any official communication aimed at Mr Joulia. The financial reports should still be sent to G3 Finance and Contracts unit (including a copy for us, G2 Unit), as stated in the Special Conditionts. G3's adress did not change.
