Dear AFRETEP Members,

From 27 to 29 March 2014, the first Africa Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition will take place in Durban, South Africa. Africa PVSEC is a new initiative, partnering EU PVSEC and SNEC for promotion and exchange in the photovoltaic solar energy sector and bring together leading experts, researchers, public authorities, representatives of international organizations, donors, NGOs. AfricaPVSEC focuses on:

  • Positioning of the Africa continent
  • Extension and development of solar photovoltaic in Africa
  • Increased potential for exploitation and use of solar photovoltaic
  • Transfer of appropriate technologies to the African context

All authors wishing to contribute to the AfricaPVSEC Conference Programme should submit their abstract by 15 January 2014.
