Campus Co-operatives for a Sustainable Future

On the 16th of November, the International Co-operative Alliance Asia and Pacific (ICA-AP)'s University Committee and the National Co-operative Union of India jointly organized a workshop positioning campus co-operatives in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals.

The knowledge sharing event was organized on the side-lines of the 12th Regional Assembly and 9th AP Co-operative Forum under the theme "Co-operatives – the power to act for a sustainable future", and aimed at understanding the establishment and functions of campus co-operatives, identify their contribution and prepare action plans to promote campus co-operatives in the SAARC region.
