The virtual training will consist of three half-day modules which will support programming processes and the work of EU Delegations in fragile and conflict-affected contexts and shall be based on the updated guidance documents on conflict sensitivity produced by DG INTPA
The three modules will focus on:
1. What is conflict sensitivity; the EU’s approach to CS; introducing tools and concepts and the 3 steps of a CS assessment.
2. Applying CS tools (interaction analysis, adaptations) and their integration into EU practice.
3. Conflict sensitive M&E; CS in the program cycle & within an institution; International best practice.
