OnNovember 7 Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cauca-CRC- held in the city of Popayan the Workshop Legal Technician to address issues of forest law enforcement. The event aims to address the main theme of the current gaps and different interpretations of the rules, procedures and forestry terms.

Amongthe topics to be developed in the discussion group are:

• Use ofisolated trees.

•Use and carbon mobilization.

• Report ofvisit and technical concept for sanctioning processes.

•Seizures.

•Defining Forest.

•Powers of the CAR vs. control mobilization of planted forest timber.

•Control the mobilization of forest products from lumber yards.

The projectpositioning forest governance in Colombia (which is funded by the European Union) will participate in the work shop, giving support to the activity and putting the service of officials of the CRC knowledge and experience gained in the two years of implementation of action.
