The EU is launching four major initiatives to support partner countries in their efforts to enhance food security and promote agriculture. These address agricultural innovation, nutrition, resilience and financing for development. On 25 April 2016 the European Commission and CTA will organise in Brussels a high-level consultation on “Moving forward: from food crises to sustainable and inclusive agricultural growth”. The main objective is to make policy-makers and technical advisors in the EU and the ACP countries aware of the EU’s programmes and initiatives in the four areas. We invite you to follow the consultation on #AgriFSN and to discover the books that CTA (co)published on these key topics. |
