Development projects funded by international major companies in the informal economy sector

Various major companies around the world are funding development projects that have relevance for people dependent on the informal economy.  Often such projects are implemented in partnership with national governments, international and national NGOs and local civil society organisations.
The Coca Cola Foundation is implementing a project for women's economic empowerment with UN Women for example, read here.
Others include the Cocoa Foundation and the Eliminating Child Labour in Tobacco Growing Foundation which also works on livelihoods diversification and vocational/skills training for older youth (see here)
