The Directorate General for International Cooperation and Development (DG DEVCO) which is part of EU External Actions family – DG DEVCO, DG NEAR and FPI – will be renamed the Directorate General for International Partnerships (DG INTPA) from January 2021. DG INTPA remains committed to its mission to eradicate poverty and build a fairer, more stable world. Please expect e-mail functional mailboxes to be renamed accordingly.
External Users
External Partners can now contact the new e-mail address: EC-FUNDING-TENDER-SERVICE-DESK@EC.EUROPA.EU (formerly known as the EC SEDIA Support Helpdesk) for questions concerning eGrants, eProcurement and for technical support with the Funding and Tenders Portal.
Internal Users
DG INTPA and FPI Users can contact INTPA Support Services (formerly known as DAS, DEVCO Application Support) on their new Functional Mailbox: INTPA-SUPPORT-SERVICES@ec.europa.eu. DG NEAR Users can continue to contact NEAR Application Support (NAS): NEAR-APPLICATION-SUPPORT@ec.europa.eu for technical support.
