Ending Impunity on Sexual and Gender Violence in South Sudan: Interim Narrative Report

This project’s main purpose is to eliminate violence against women in South Sudan through women’s empowerment, access to legal rights and legal literacy. The project will enhance prevention, protection and response activities on Gender Based Violence (GBV) at grass root level through community level awareness raising and strengthening local legal response capacities.

The project will also enhance the capacity of local civil society actors to defend and advocate for women’s rights and to positively influence the situation and role of women in a societal context in South Sudan to enable long-term sustainable change.
