The EU FAO FLEGT Programme is looking for a qualified International Expert in Voluntary Partnership Agreement (VPA) Processes to assist the Vietnamese Forest Administration (VNFOREST) in developing sections of their VPA Timber Legality Assurance System (TLAS). The International consultant will be assisted by a National Legal Expert.
