The European Commission is calling for applications for its new EU Health Award which aims to recognise and reward the achievements of non-governmental organisations in the fight against Ebola. Their show of solidarity
towards the least privileged and most fragile communities suffering from this unprecedented Ebola outbreak should be an example for all.
While many more than three NGOs were active in fighting the Ebola outbreak and the Commission recognises and commends the efforts of them all, the EU Health Award intends to highlight initiatives that can serve as models for the future.
Prizes rank from 20.000 € to 10.000€ !!
