Evaluation culminated Forest Governance

Filippodel Gatto, international expert, presented the results of external evaluation to the project positioning Forest Governance, which leads the Carder and executes in partnership with the Regional Autonomous Corporations, Corantioquia Corpocaldas, CRC, Codechocó, Corponariño, Corponor, CRC, Cortolima, Corpourabá, and CVC.
Amongthose attending the meeting with the delegation of the European Union, they were, Juan Manuel Alvarez, Director of Carder, Franck Porte, first secretary of the EU Cooperation and Johny Ariza, EU official cooperation.
During his visit,Filippo del Gatto, not just in Pereira, also met with support personnel project of the Regional Autonomous Corporations, Corantioquia Corpourabá and Corpocaldas, was also held meetings with officials of the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development, and the University of Tolima.
The international expert recommended working in forestry regulations adapted to the conditions of forest owners and advance the process of definition of legal timber.
