FACILITATING MULTI-ACTOR CHANGE: CAPACITY.ORG JOURNAL LATEST ISSUE

Issue 41 of Capacity.org (www.capacity.org) has just been published.  In the practice of capacity development, we have seen a gradual shift away from training individuals to strengthening organizations. Currenty, the emphasis seems to be shifting again; from working with single organisations to facilitating multi-stakeholder processes (MSPs). But it would be a mistake to assume that MSPs are just the latest fad in the discourse on capacity development (CD). In fact, they have always been an integral part of human interaction. MSPs spring up whenever people or organisations see that collaboration can help to seize development opportunities. Read more on: http://www.capacity.org
