First Technical Committee 2013

On days 29, 30 and 31 January the project  Positioning of  Forest Governance in Colombia held in the city of Pereira's first 2013 Technical Committee, whose goal formulation, together with representatives of all CAR members of the project  the Annual Operating Plan (POA) of this period.

The meeting will bring together representatives and technical support of the CAR 11, the Ministry of Environment, and the Corporation Asocars, Aldea Global for 3 days, which set goals and indicators to meet during 2013.

Likewise, thecommittee serves as a stage to show the progress of the technical proposals have developed the project. This time will be presented to the Protocol Control and Monitoring Forest Harvesting attendees looking to provide comments and recommendations to the proposal.

Among the topics that will be developed during the Committee are:

• Presentation of the POA 2013.
• Comments and POA settings.
• Reflection on forest governance within the CAR
• implementation and coordination mechanism of POA 2013
