Fundacion FAUTAPO: support entrepreneurship with capacity building and formal framework for informal workers

The project “Production and vocational training as an alternative social inclusion path and labour rights promotion” is implemented by the foundation FAUTAPO in the municipalities of Cercado, Oruro department, and Potosi, Potosi department.

The aim of this action is to improve the productive, working and personal capacities of women and men self-employed or employed in small enterprises in the construction, food, engineering and textile sectors, by strengthening their capacities, consolidating the representative associations/organizations of the prioritized sectors (in order to manage the access to social protection and to micro business and financial services) and structuring the public and private actors dealing with employment promotion, access to market and social protection.

In the video below, Pedro Claver Mamani, member of the Fautapo Foundation presents the best practices in terms of business support services, facilities provided to informal entrepreneurs in order to develop their own business, strengthen their productivity and formalize their activity.

El proyecto “La producción y la formación profesional como una ruta alternativa de inclusión social y promoción de los derechos laborales” es implementado por la fundación FAUTAPO en los municipios de Cercado, departamento de Oruro y Potosi, departamento de Potosí.

El objetivo de esta acción es mejorar las capacidades productivas, laborales y personales de las mujeres y los hombres que trabajan por cuenta propia o que trabajan en pequeñas empresas en los sectores de la construcción, la alimentación, la ingeniería y el textil, fortaleciendo sus capacidades, consolidando las asociaciones / organizaciones representativas de los sectores priorizados (con el fin de gestionar el acceso a la protección social y a las microempresas y servicios financieros) y estructurar a los actores públicos y privados que se ocupan de la promoción del empleo, el acceso al mercado y la protección social.En el video a continuación, Pedro Claver Mamani, miembro de la Fundación Fautapo, presenta las mejores prácticas en términos de servicios de apoyo empresarial, instalaciones proporcionadas a empresarios informales para desarrollar su propio negocio, fortalecer su productividad y formalizar su actividad.
