Gender and social protection - and specifically the theme of women’s economic empowerment - is a very important area of interest for social protection practitioners. The aims to generate interest among experts as well as the general public, leading to opportunities for promoting the work realized in this area. This general theme also considers topics such as financial inclusion, graduation, women’s empowerment and gender equality in rural areas.
