After last year's successful Global Learning Event, the Global Climate Change Alliance (GCCA) invites climate change and development practitioners and negociators to explore together issues of common interest at the Global Policy Event 2013.
The event will take place in September 2013 in Brussels and held in both English and French, with simultaneous translation.
