The first tender of the Global Sustainable Biomass Fund has yielded ten approved projects, which will receive a total of €4.7 million. The ten winning bids, five of which are in Africa (Mali, Tanzania, Mozambique, South Africa, Zambia), one in Asia and two in South America, were selected from a total of 23 applications received.
