The Green Growth Knowledge Platform is a global network of researchers and development experts that identifies and addresses major knowledge gaps in green growth theory and practice. Through widespread consultation and world-class research, GGKP provides practitioners and policymakers with better tools to foster economic growth and implement sustainable development.

GGKP embodies a core partnership between the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), and the World Bank.

GGKP is cultivating partnerships with numerous other organizations, including the Climate and Development Knowledge Network (CDKN), the European Climate Foundation (ECF), and Mexico's Instituto Nacional de EcologĂ­a (INE).

GGKP identifies and encourages research on major knowledge gaps in green growth theory and practice. It emphasizes a practical orientation for research and insist that the best policy can only emerge from close collaboration among scholars, practitioners, and policy makers.
