If you need to recruit electoral assistance experts

Dear all,

Don't hesitate to contact us whenever you need to recruit experts for electoral assistance related activities (evaluation of projects, assessment of a voter registry, AT to the EMB...). I have seen in the last two years that identifying the right person may be a particularly long and energy-demanding process. DEVCO B1 has been given access to the Roster managed by FPI in relation with electoral observation missions. This Roster holds the names of thousands of experienced experts  in this field. We can provide you the names of shortlisted experts who have prior experience in your country/region.

In addition, over the last two years I have received the CVs of experts with a particular expertise in the field of electoral assistance. These covers the following themes: conflict resolution, inclusiveness, legal matters, local governance, parliamentary support, voter registry... These experts have expressed their interest and availability to do short-term missions in support to your work. It may be helpful for you to make sure they are informed of the calls you may launch at country level in view of specific missions. Don't hesitate to contact us if you wish to receive their names or CVs. We could also imagine using the public electoral assistance group on capacity4dev as a communication channel between EU Delegations and potentially interested experts so as to make sure your calls for experts do receive the attention they deserve.
