Auto rickshaws are a common form of transport in many countries and their drivers are often part of the informal economy. Here is a very interesting example of how, Information Technology, Climate Change battlers and Informal Economy workers all come together. In the project described here, auto rickshaws become mobile pollution measuring tools that contribute to providing needed data on pollution in Delhi which is the most polluted city in the world.
