It also includes representatives of other entities such as the observers, intergovernmental organizations and international non-governmental organizations

With regard to Recommendation 204 on transitioning from the informal to the formal economy, it was adopted with almost unanimous agreement. You can see the details of the votes here.

Please note that almost all representatives from countries, employers and workers organisations voted for Recommendation 204.

Only one entity voted against, that is, an employers’ organisation from Malaysia.

Malaysia: Government

Singapore: Government

Thailand: Emloyers’ organisation
