Short job description: 

To advise on and manage, under the supervision of the Head of Cooperation and the Team Leader for Economic Development, the implementation of projects and programmes of development assistance and of financial and technical cooperation. Ensure fulfilment of sector/chapter reporting obligations based on communicated cross-sections responsibilities.

Areas covered by the Programme Officer: private sector & entrepreneurship development, Association Agreement (implementation monitoring). Horizontal coordination and support for the Cooperation section regarding implementation of the Moldova Growth Plan, in particular its investment component, including EFSD+ support, support to IFI coordination and relevant dialogue with the government.

Occasional other tasks in the interest of service and attributed by the Head of Delegation or the Head of Cooperation, the Team Leader for Economic Development, and their substitutes can also be required.
