Short job description: 

Under the supervision of the (Deputy) Head of Unit ensure the follow-up of OLAF, litigation cases, Ombudsman complaints, Residual Error Rate exercise and IAS or European Court of Auditors audits. Within a team of two legal officers, you will be the first entry point for the finance and contracts sectors of the unit in terms of legal advice and analysis, ensuring the follow-up of waivers / recovery orders, and preparing pre-litigation files.
