Coordinate with a team of experts and contribute to the assessment and negotiations of investment programmes submitted by implementing partners under the framework the European Fund for Sustainable Development Plus (EFSD+) and the current Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF), including EU blending, financial instruments and budgetary guarantees in the Africa, the Latin America and the Caribbean group (LAC) and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.
