First of all, sorry for intervening in a message posted in a private group without being a member. It is not proper behaviour from the site admin but I came accross this discussion and I wanted to share this info so that you are aware of it.
As this group is a private group, nobody can see or reply or ask to become a member of this group. Nobody, except its members, and obviously the site admins, are able to see it or even to know that it exists.
If you wish to animate a debate and to stimulate discussion, you should make this group public, or at least open to the EC/EEAS staff. Only then people will have the possibility to request membership.
If you wish, we can discuss this further (with Sorina as she is in charge of the R units on C4D)
