Linking climate science and planning - View from the IPCC Chairman "We must enhance involvement of scientists from developing countries

An interesting view from the IPCC chairman in line with GCCA+ view to engage more with the scientific community in targeted country with the aim to better link climate science and national planning.

A consultation in that sense is currently being initiated by the GCCA+ support facility to assess needs and challenges to improve this link.
