Once approved, the log frame and latest results are then "Set as to be revised" by the OM.
In this scenario, we are unable to access the indicator message because of the "Review mode."
Shall I request a comment and ask to "Re-approve" to OM?
So, if I want to do that, I still need to make a comment and "Submit the Log frame."

The LF only goes into that mode, if the OM wants something changed, otherwise it is "approved". If that happens, in the review mode on the right hand side its a comment thread where they should say, what they want changes. If that is not the case, they can reach out to the OM by email, to ask, if they are unsure what to do.
