Materials of the European Commission course on Capacity Development

Over the last two years the European Commission has delivered a training course on Capacity Development (CD) involving staff in Headquarter and EU Delegations and participants from development partners. The purpose of the training session is to give participants an understanding of the core concepts of Capacity Development and its centrality to aid, as the Busan High level Forum on Aid & Development Effectiveness reaffirmed, and to offer guidance on the practicalities of integrating Capacity Development into the project cycle.

Given the importance of the concepts and methodologies covered by the course we decided to upload the modules presentations in the Public Group on Capacity Development and Technical Cooperation Reform.
