Merge of OPSYS groups

Dear colleagues,

OPSYS went live on the 17th of July, it is therefore highly relevant you can get the same level of information as the colleagues in the Commission.

We are going to merge 2 OPSYS groups: 1) the group which was restricted to EU colleagues (420 members) and the group you are members of. This will be done early next week. You will be automatically migrated :). You have nothing to do.
