Capacity4dev recently spoke to Rachel Sabates-Wheeler, a development economist and research fellow at the Institute of Development Studies in the UK, who's considered a leading expert on social protection.

She walked us through what it means to graduate from social protection and how this can be facilitated in crisis settings.
