Please be informed that the OPSYS online documentation in the EXACT Wiki has been updated to include the Amendments initiated by Contractor – Consortium.

"Following an agreement between the European Commission (Contracting Authority) and the Economic Operator (Contractor) to amend a Contract, it is recommended that the Contractor initiates the Amendment Process. This ensures that the Contractor drafts and signs the proposed Amendment first, and allows the Contracting Authority to review and assess whether it fully reflects the agreement."
