New Features on EU Funding & Tenders Portal / OPSYS: Beneficiary Countries

There is a new feature of Beneficiary Country in Logframes. In the initial release of this feature, only countries are listed. Future updates will require all existing logframes were assigned the indicators to be disaggregated by country “unknown.” This needs to be corrected promptly, and the “unknown” option must be manually removed once the correct. If one country is selected, this process is automated. If two or more countries are selected, the EC Operational Manager or IP must manage it manually. An "unknown" category will be included for unavailable data.

Countries are selected in the logframe “Management Mode” (1),”, which is accessed by clicking the “Manage Logframe” button. Within this mode, the “Beneficiary Country” section (2) is located in the header. One or more countries can be chosen from the drop-down list. Selected countries appear at the top in blue. A country can be removed by clicking the small “x” next to its name.

Until the country selection is approved, the list of countries can be changed without limitation. Once, once approved, countries cannot be removed, but new ones can be added. This is explained in a pop-up message when the logframe is saved as “Draft”.
