In Timor-Leste, a GCCA+ team have created a new forest in an area dominated by serious retention problems which also impact directly the supplies of the local communities. This dedicated team have designed a simple and efficient system of collection and storage of rainwater to ensure the growth and development of the hundred trees. The use of rainwater for agricultural and forestry purposes is a simple way to adapt to climate change.
