Explore solutions to governance challenges by enrolling in Making Government Work in Hard Places, a free Princeton University online course taught by Professor Jennifer Widner. Interact with people around the globe to discuss the work of reform leaders featured in ISS case studies

Sign up before January 25, 2015!

The course uses ISS case studies to explore strategies for building better government performance in difficult circumstances. The course's online platform supports team creation and collaboration, allowing reformers, policy makers, and scholars from around the world to discuss core problems leaders face, solutions they have tried, and strategies for adapting those solutions on the ground.

With eight working sessions, the course will run from the end of January through April 7. Participants who complete the coursework will receive a certificate of accomplishment (not for Princeton University credit). The course is free.
