This free online course by the University of Geneva provides an overview of climate change adaptation for the Small Island Developing States (SIDS) with a focus on the environmental perspective. It will present the key concepts regarding the issues of adaptation to climate change and the methodological tools needed to analyse challenges faced by SIDS, in order to propose sustainable solutions.

To further add to the interesting training courses suggested by Fannie, here are two other links :

A MOOC on Disasters and Ecosystems : Resilience in a Changing Climate (Concept of Ecosystem based Adaptation). It's available for free on iversity. It started this monday and inscription are still possible until end of January 2015.
