October: Month of Food Security - Developing agriculture to end hunger (animated film)

This new short animated film, Developing Agriculture to end hunger, lasting about 3 minutes, shows how the EU is working to end hunger by supporting partner countries' governments and people to produce more food while challenging inequalities. A world in which 1/8 of people do not have enough to eat is unacceptable. The EU is battling hunger by supporting sustainable agriculture and fisheries in 60 countries, aiming to improve food and nutrition security with planned spending of more €8 billion in the 2014-2020 period.
