MONDAY 30 September:

Food security:

Monday’s focus will be on food security and a new MDG initiative by EU and FAOto help six countries achieve the MDG on hunger. will be an opportunity to highlight the topic "food security, nutrition and resilience". 

TUESDAY 1 October:

Health MDGs:

Tuesday we will focus on the health MDGs and celebrate the fact that a number of countries have succeeded in achieving MDG 4 on reducing child mortality. This will also be an opportunity to highlight the topic "Finishing & moving beyond the health MDGs".

WEDNESDAY 2 October:

Nonviolence/Twitter:

Wednesday’s focus will be on promoting our Twitter account @eudevdays and the International Day of Nonviolence.

THURSDAY 3 October:

EDD13 speaker confirmation: Mahamadou Issoufou, President of Niger.
