QUESTION TIME: Working on the field for international projects can be really challenging. But there is always one thing that makes you tell that it's worth it. Can you tell us one thing that you really love about your job?

Self confidence i give to beneficiaries, something incredible!!
Our support to the most vulnerable and invisible productive units that generate their own employment to survive and generate their income.
This is the notion of pleasure , which is the key to success. It is a pleasure to see satisfied beneficiaries of projects .
The possibility to exchange working experiences, practices and build participatory actions with work collegues and beneficiaires from different backgrounds
How much I learn!
It usually exists this thought and perception that we, project managers, we land in the regions where our activities are implemented and we support finding solutions for people's obstacles and problems. This is partially true. However, it's less explicit and recognised how much we learn by being so lucky to be part of such different situations and circumstandesof what we are used to. So I really love the opportunity that the local people give me of learning so much with them!
Being a traveller and in social sector , my jobs provides me opportunity to meet diversed community, learn directly from the ground (community), share experiences from either sides which provides the path to move ahead !!
