RE2nAFupdate: new layers on diesel and PV based electricity cost

Dear members of capacity4dev, colleagues,

Three months ago (link) we used this forum to present our first draft for RE2nAF, the tool for off-grid electricity production options in Africa.  After being officially launched during the Vienna Energy Forum 2013, we have worked on updating some of the information it contains:

• Diesel based electricity cost: for 2008, 2010 and 2012 (NEW!!!!)
• PV based electricity cost: estimated for 8 modules prices (ranging from 0.75 to 2.5 €/Wp)

RE2nAF is completely Web based and requires no specialized software or plug-ins.
