Maplecroft (Global Risk Analytics) recently released  their 2014 Climate Change and Environmental Risk Atlas featuring the Climate Change Vulnerability Index .

In the ten next years, 31% of the world economic production should be located in the countries most affected by climate change.

The 6 countries most exposed are as Bengladesh, Guinea-Bissau, Sierra Leone, Haiti, South Sudan, Nigeria, DR Congo, Cambodia, Philippines, Ethiopia.

Most at risk cities are Dhaka, Mumbai, Manila, Kolkata, Bangkok.

This assessment takes into account : the impacts of climate change, the sensitivity of exposed populations in terms of health, education, agricultural dependance, available infrastructures, and institutional and economic capacity to fight and adapt (resilience).
