WANG Zhiijian is an assistant professor at School of Law, Hohai University, Nanjing, China. He acquired his MA degree in Hohai University focusing on International Law, Ph.D degree in Nanjing University of Foreign Relations focusing on International Security.
Zhijian is now a Postdoctoral research fellow at The State Key Laboratory of Hydrology-Water Resources and Hydraulic Engineering. His major is Hydraulic Engineering, which is Top one in degree discipline competitions organized by the Chinese ministry of education.
Since 2006, Zhijian has devoted his energy in research on International River. In 2009, he went to Geosciences Department of Oregon State University and acted as a visiting Scholar for 6 months. He is the author of two books: International River and Regional Security: Case Study Of Two-River and the Theory and Practice of International River Law.
Wang’s research title at the Oregon next year is: Study on International River Water Rights Based on Reserved Ecological Water Requirement: case study of US-Canada and US-Mexico water cooperation.
He is now under writing paper the relationship between China and the MRC.
