Resources on Results Reporting for Implementing Partners: FAQ, PPT, List of Core Indicators

Dear Implementing Partners, 

The OPSYS Change Management team (DG INTPA R5) in collaboration with the Unit for Performance, Results and Evaluation (DG INTPA D4), the Unit for Budget, Finance and Relations with Other Institutions (FPI 6) and the Unit for Coordination of Financing Instruments - Performance, Results and Evaluation (DG NEAR A4) organized a webinar series for Implementing Partners in 2022. You can watch the recording in English, French and Spanish. 

This interactive webinar focused on Interventions and Results Reporting in OPSYS and gave Implementing Partners the opportunity to ask questions to a panel of experts.

A document with validated responses to frequently asked questions from Implementing Partners from these webinars has been prepared by the Unit for Performance, Results and Evaluation (DG INTPA D4) and the Unit for Coordination of Financing Instruments - Performance, Results and Evaluation (DG NEAR A4) for your perusal. You can avail these responses by downloading the document or consulting the responses in the EXACT Wiki.

The FAQ in Enlish, French and Spanish are to be treated as purely for communication and dissemination purposes.

They are organised according to five blocks – interlinked to each other:

• Primary Interventions and logframes in OPSYS

• Create a logframe and update values of its indicators in OPSYS

• Reporting in OPSYS

We are pleased to inform you that the much awaited list of all core indicators in OPSYS is available on Capacity4dev. 

The groups of core indicators used also for corporate reporting (EURF/GERF, IPA PF, FPI PF) are available as follows:

• EURF 
• IPA PF 
• FPI list of core indicators 

Please note that the list of core Indicators evolves over time as new core Indicators (and new groups of core Indicators) are added into OPSYS by the Commission.
