Review of the risks related to a results-oriented approach for EU development cooperation action

Dear Group members it is been a while we have not blogged but we have been busy to complete our  first results report which we hope to publish at the end of March. In the meantime we would like to share with you an interesting report done by the European Court of Auditors (title above). Published  in December 2015.
